Engineering with precision
Our approach to Agentic Engineering is not about experimental prompting. It is a disciplined, architectural approach where autonomous AI agents operate within a framework of rigorous engineering standards, senior human oversight, and automated quality gates.
‍
We’ve moved from manual labor to Architectural Orchestration, focusing on what truly matters: your business logic and market impact.

How Agentic Engineering Improves AI-Driven Software Delivery

Faster Delivery, Higher Quality
Agentic coding cuts implementation from days to hours, with quality gates at every stage.
Uncompromised quality
Every AI-generated change passes TDD, refactoring, and human review before it ships.
Higher throughput
Agents take the routine work, so your team clears more of the backlog every sprint.
Predictable Delivery
Spec-driven agentic engineering makes every deliverable scoped, reviewable, and on schedule.

Three Ways to Build Software with AI

01
Vibe Coding
You describe what you want. The AI writes the code. You run it and check the result. You do not review the code in detail. This is fast and good for prototypes and experiments.
Confidence comes from:
"it works" - you see the result and try it
Intent lives in:
prompts and the operator's judgment
Output is:
disposable - you regenerate it if it breaks
Human role:
steer and react
Best for:
proof of concept, demos, one-off tools
When we use it:
clickable prototypes and internal experiments that are meant to be thrown away
02
AI-Assisted Development
Your team builds software the usual way. AI helps with code, tests, refactoring, and documentation. Humans decide what to build, review every change, and control every release.
Confidence comes from:
human code review and the standard process (tests, staging, release)
Intent lives in:
tickets, pull requests, docs, and the engineer's head
Output is:
maintainable - the same as hand-written production code
Human role:
build and review
Best for:
day-to-day feature work in an existing team
When we use it:
when we join an existing team and work within its process
03
Agentic Engineering
AI agents do most of the implementation. Humans own the architecture, the specification, and the quality standard. Automated quality gates - tests, CI, and verification - run at every step, so agents check their own work before a human reviews it.
Confidence comes from:
specs, automated tests, CI, and agent verification loops, plus human review
Intent lives in:
explicit artifacts - specs, scoped tasks, repository instructions, tests
Output is:
repeatable and governable - built as part of a delivery system
Human role:
specify, supervise, govern
Best for:
high-throughput AI-driven delivery of scoped backlog work, migrations, and features
When we use it:
Everything that goes to production.
How we build

The Agentic SDLC.

AI agents write, test and review the code. Engineers own the decisions at every step, and every change is traceable from requirement to release.

Spec · Advertiser campaign view

Approved by Tech Lead · Mon 09:10
● Approved
Goal

Advertisers see all their sponsored videos grouped into campaigns, with performance data for each campaign.

Acceptance criteria (6)
Advertiser sees a list of their campaigns after logging in
Each campaign shows its videos with title, thumbnail and publish date
Campaign shows total views and total watch time
Advertiser sees only their own campaigns and videos
Data comes live from the video platform, nothing older than 30 days is stored
Empty state is shown when a campaign has no videos yet
Out of scope
– Editing or uploading videos
– Exporting reports to PDF or CSV

From AI Coding to Measurable Results – A Litigation Funding Platform

Our client runs a FinTech / LegalTech product that helps fund and manage class action litigation – a domain where correctness and auditability are non-negotiable. We rebuilt the delivery process around agentic engineering: spec-driven AI coding, Test-Driven Development (TDD), and automated quality control on every change. Every PR gets an AI review; higher-impact changes also go through human review, so engineers focus their attention where it matters most.

Below is the impact of AI-driven delivery, comparing Q2 2026 with the start of Q3 2026.

Delivery throughput

Before

7.5 PRs merged / week, 959 batch size

After

20.8

PRs merged / week, 1378 batch size

Result: 4x more code delivered – with every PR still tested and reviewed

Time to first review

Before

32h

After

9.2h

Result: Reviews start 3.5x sooner, so AI coding never outruns human oversight

Cycle time

Before

7.7 days

After

2.7

days

Result: 65% less time from first commit to merged PR

Lead time

Before

15 days

After

10

days

Result: 33% faster from PR to production – predictable AI-based software delivery

One Week, Not One Month – Building a Sponsorship Analytics Platform for a Media Brand

Our client is a Polish YouTube media channel that partners with sponsors. They asked for a platform built from scratch where the channel team runs its video library and brings advertisers on board. Each advertiser gets their own login, groups sponsored videos into campaigns, and sees views, watch time, retention and audience data straight from YouTube Analytics. Our team was one developer and a part-time PM, and they started on day one with a ready-made AI engineering environment, so the work went straight into product features instead of tooling.

Delivery time

Planned

4 weeks

Actual

1

week

Result: the whole build fit into one sprint, a quarter of the estimate

Scope

5 epics planned. By Friday, 4 were done and the 5th was in testing.

Result: admin panel, advertiser accounts, campaigns and analytics, all shipped in five working days

Team

1 full-time developer and 1 part-time PM, working with AI agents.

Result: design, frontend, backend and YouTube integration, all covered by two people

Client confidence

A working product was in the client's hands by the end of the first week.

Result: trust earned through a delivered product, not a slide deck
