Who we are?

We’re a 50+ person team based in Wrocław, Poland.

Vazco is not defined by its tech stack, but by the relentless curiosity of its people. We are a collective of over 50 engineers, designers, and creative thinkers based in Wrocław, Poland. We are driven by a shared belief: technology should serve humans, not the other way around.

Our mission is to bring intuition, emotion, and genuine connection back to digital commerce. We use Agentic Engineering to build spaces where people want to interact, guided by AI Concierge systems that understand and respect them.

How we got here

2009

We started in 2009. In a small, chaotic office. Back when “AI” was still sci-fi and our founder Michał thought he’d run a sailing business.

2014

By 2014, we rebranded as Vazco – and no, it’s not about Vasco da Gama. It’s just an old nickname that stuck.

2014 - 2025

Over the years we worked on e-learning platforms, social networks, data visualizations and even on-demand rescue apps. We built a reputation for delivering solid software – and for being the kind of people clients actually liked working with.
