Where innovators belong

Behind every AI solution we deliver, there’s a tight-knit team of engineers, designers, and strategists who get the tech - and get each other.

Who we're looking for

We're not hiring for roles. We’re hiring for people - explorers, builders, and thinkers who want to push boundaries and solve problems.
Whether you're a developer with a product head, a designer with AI curiosity, or a strategist who speaks tech - let's talk.

From the Team

“What's remarkable about Vazco is the unmatched possibility for personal growth. I started working here 7 years ago as a typical junior developer. I hadn't even finished college yet, and I had no professional experience. I've been taught and guided through all the stages: junior 👉 mid 👉 senior 👉 architect 👉 consultant. At each stage, I've been given an appropriate role and training. If you're ambitious, this is the perfect place to be.”

Perks & Benefits

Great work needs the right conditions. We make sure you’ve got the essentials. Here’s what you can count on at Vazco:
Everyone deserves a break to recharge their batteries in a way that suits them best. Regardless of the contract you choose, we provide paid vacation time. If you'd rather not use it, you'll receive its financial equivalent.
Early bird or night owl? Life doesn’t always fit between 9 and 5 - and that’s totally fine with us.
Flexible working hours are not about being able to start your work within a specific timeframe. It's about maintaining the work-life balance you deserve. We have no strict "office hours", however, it is limited by scheduled meetings, task deadlines, and responsiveness between 11-3 p.m. when your colleagues might need you.
We might work from different places, but we still make time to hang out in real life. We meet up during the year for offsites, team sessions, and informal events that help us connect beyond the project scope. Remote is great, but some jokes just hit better in person.
Your health matters – and we make sure it’s taken care of. Our extended medical package with LuxMed gives you quick access to doctors, specialists, and mental health support. From everyday health concerns to specialized treatments, we ensure you're supported when you need it most.

Our Culture and Values

How We Hire

We believe in clarity from day one. That’s why we lay our cards on the table - no guesswork, no drawn-out steps, just a straightforward process built to help both sides make smart decisions.
Here’s what joining Vazco looks like:
Step 1/4

Screening call

Let’s talk. A quick 30-minute call to break the ice and check if we’re on the same wavelength. You’ll get a glimpse of our culture, and we’ll learn about your experience, contract preferences, and availability. If you're a dev, we’ll also dive into your tech stack.
Step 2/4

Tech interview

Time to get a bit more hands-on. You’ll meet with someone from the team for a one-hour technical interview. Expect practical tasks and real talk about how you solve problems. No gotchas - just a chance to show what you know.
Step 3/4

Show us your skills

We want to see you in action. Depending on your level, we adjust the format:
  • For developer roles: We'll invite you to a pair programming session. You'll get a chance to show us how you approach problems and collaborate with others.
  • For other roles: We'll invite you to a trial day. We tailor the process to your responsibilities – the form of the trial depends on what the role involves. We’ll walk you through all the details during the recruitment process.
Step 4/4

Decision & feedback

We respect your time and effort. We get back to you fast - typically within two business days. Whenever possible, we’ll also share feedback to help you grow or better understand our decision. Whatever the outcome, you’ll know exactly where you stand and why.

Frequently Asked Questions

How long does the recruitment process take?

We aim to wrap things up within two weeks. Occasionally, it might take a bit longer - but we do our best to keep things moving.

I sent my CV but didn’t get a reply. What now?

We try to respond to every message, but sometimes something slips through. Feel free to follow up via our contact form or LinkedIn - we’ll make sure to check and get back to you.

Is part-time work an option?

Yes – we’re flexible. You can work with us from 0.5 FTE upwards.

What about overtime?

Overtime is rare and never mandatory. If it does happen, it’s always discussed in advance and compensated accordingly.

What languages do I need to know?

Polish 🇵🇱 and English 🇬🇧 are the most useful. English is a must in client-facing roles (like PM or Growth). In tech roles, intermediate English is usually enough.

Does Vazco provide work equipment?

We offer all the essential tools for your job, including a laptop, monitor, keyboard, mouse, and, when necessary, a phone. If you require any additional equipment, please don't hesitate to inform us, and we'll work together to address your needs.

Can I work remotely?

Absolutely. We’re remote-first, with full flexibility to work from wherever you like. In some roles (PM, Growth, People, Recruitment), hybrid might work better - we’re open to what fits you and the team.

How does the feedback process work?

Feedback culture is in our DNA.
👉We do our best to respond to each application and conclude the recruitment process with feedback.
👉 New employees can expect a comprehensive economic feedback session and potential salary adjustment within 3–6 months of joining our Crew. This type of feedback involves assessing aspects such as effectiveness, value delivery, skill set, and competencies.
👉 Along the way, comprehensive economic feedback occurs at least once a year. If necessary, we also run an update session within 6–9 months after the economic feedback. It includes revising development goals and a brief analysis of key factors affecting salary changes.

What are the working hours?

We don’t do rigid hours. You plan your day around your rhythm - as long as it works for your team. Most collaboration happens between 11:00–15:00 CET, so that’s when we expect you to be generally available.

What contract options are available?

In most cases, you can choose between the employment and B2B contracts. Most of the Crew has chosen B2B.We offer an indefinite contract at the start of cooperation.

What’s the dress code?

There's no strict dress code at Vazco. You're free to dress in any way that suits your style, as long as it doesn't make others feel uncomfortable. And if you’re working from home, that applies even more. We care about your ideas, not your outfit.

Does Vazco support training and conferences?

Yes – if it helps you grow in your role, we’re in. We support relevant events, workshops, and certifications. Fun fact: we also run the React Wrocław Meetup.
