Livom, a customer-first sofa brand committed to sustainable living in the Swiss and surrounding markets (including Germany, France, Italy, Austria), faced significant challenges with their initial attempt at an online configurator. Our task was to develop a hybrid mobile application that combines standard Customer Relationship Management (CRM) functionalities with innovative automation solutions.
Despite efforts to build the tool internally with freelancers, the results fell short in both design and functionality, directly impacting user satisfaction and sales.
