The Background

Dr. Danial Daud, a medical practitioner in the UK, first engaged with Vazco’s team years ago on another initiative. While that project didn’t continue due to the pandemic, he reconnected with us in 2024 to collaborate on ELIAS Health. The mission of ELIAS is straightforward yet ambitious:

“We don’t replace doctors. We empower them.”

ELIAS provides doctors with AI-generated documentation, real-time speech-to-text, and diagnostic support - all seamlessly integrated into a web application. Until recently, a single freelance developer was building the platform:

Danial, with the freelancer’s help, has created a functional MVP, complete with speech-to-text and some AI-based recommendations.

The app already captured real-time audio during consultations, then generated summary notes and follow-up questions for the doctor.

Yet the solution lacked product vision, robust AI architecture, and a dedicated CTO to transform a basic MVP into a full-fledged, investor-ready product.

Recognizing these gaps, Danial turned to Vazco for AI expertise, business guidance, and the leadership needed to scale ELIAS.

While these agent categories are predefined, each can include multiple specialized agents, each triggered independently via an intuitive UI. This flexibility empowers clients to create and customize new agents - with unique prompts and contextual documents - within these three established types.

With an intuitive UI, users can effortlessly switch between LLMs, tailor prompts, adjust contextual documents, and choose from several specialized LLM presets that all perform the same task - giving them unprecedented flexibility without any code changes.

Iterative Evolution

We’re building on the existing MVP, refactoring critical parts of the system for scalability - rather than discarding prior work.
Our approach balances cost-effectiveness (maximizing the MVP’s foundation) with long-term vision (preparing for big funding rounds).

Danial is in the final stages of investor discussions. Once closed, a larger product team from Vazco will ramp up development to meet the growing demand.

We anticipate extending the solution’s compliance checks to other countries’ healthcare guidelines, enabling ELIAS to scale internationally.
