Perks & Benefits

Great work needs the right conditions. We make sure you’ve got the essentials. Here’s what you can count on at Vazco:
Everyone deserves a break to recharge their batteries in a way that suits them best. Regardless of the contract you choose, we provide paid vacation time. If you'd rather not use it, you'll receive its financial equivalent.
Early bird or night owl? Life doesn’t always fit between 9 and 5 - and that’s totally fine with us.
Flexible working hours are not about being able to start your work within a specific timeframe. It's about maintaining the work-life balance you deserve. We have no strict "office hours", however, it is limited by scheduled meetings, task deadlines, and responsiveness between 11-3 p.m. when your colleagues might need you.
We might work from different places, but we still make time to hang out in real life. We meet up during the year for offsites, team sessions, and informal events that help us connect beyond the project scope. Remote is great, but some jokes just hit better in person.
Your health matters – and we make sure it’s taken care of. Our extended medical package with LuxMed gives you quick access to doctors, specialists, and mental health support. From everyday health concerns to specialized treatments, we ensure you're supported when you need it most.

Work That Works – For You

Find yourself in an authentic and open company culture. Our non-hierarchical structure means minimal management and transparent communication with everyone.
The values we believe in guide our day-to-day work.
Remote-First
Woke up at 5 a.m., skipped breakfast, and still got stuck in traffic? Yeah - we’ve been there. Not everyone’s an early bird, and that’s fine. Most roles at Vazco are fully remote, but if you’re into whiteboards, coffee chats, or just prefer an office vibe - our Wrocław HQ is always open. Clear expectations, async communication, and regular check-ins mean you’re never out of the loop - no matter where you log in from.
Knowledge-sharing environment.
We’re curious people by default. Collaborative culture thrives on sharing expertise. We have efficient processes that facilitate self-development and allow you to grow in the direction you choose. Join knowledge circles that spark your interest, participate in initiatives for the weekly Development Circle events, and get to know your colleagues' best practices through mentoring or pair programming sessions.
Career fast track
Authority comes from merit, not the other way around. That's why we don't allow years spent working in one role to dictate our seniority. You’ll get real responsibility from day one. Not in a "sink or swim" way - more like “here’s a challenge, we’ve got your back.” Many of us grew from junior to lead roles fast. You can too.
Mentoring
You won’t be thrown into the deep end with a vague job title and a “good luck.” Whether you’re just starting out or switching domains, you’ll have experienced folks showing you the ropes - and cheering you on while you climb.
You’ll have access to experienced people who care about what you’re learning - not just what you’re delivering. Structured onboarding, regular 1:1s, feedback that’s actually useful. Whether you’re early in your career or switching focus, you won’t be doing it alone.
Team Culture
We’re pros at what we do, but we’re people first. We’ve got each other’s backs, celebrate wins (big and small), and stay connected - whether it’s through retreats, occasional office meetups, or spontaneous Slack nonsense. Behind every project, there’s a crew you can count on.

Embark on a successful journey with us!
