You meet all our criteria if you have:

Good understanding of tech stack: TypeScript, Next.js, React, Node.js.
Strong knowledge of software development best practices with a dedication to high-quality standards.
Understanding and genuine interest in AI and GenAI concepts.
Experience using vector databases (e.g. Pinecone, Chroma) and/or databases with vector capabilities (MongoDB, Postgres).
Hands-on experience with Retrieval Augmented Generation (RAG) workflows.
Proven experience with CI/CD and general DevOps practices.
Proactive attitude towards learning and adopting new technologies.
Capability to convert business needs into technical requirements.
Fluent communication skills in both written and spoken English and Polish (min. B2 level).

Nice-to-haves

We would be absolutely astonished* by you if you:

Your responsibilities as a Mid Full Stack & AI Developer will include:

Contributing to the development of cutting-edge, AI-driven applications and other innovative projects.
Identifying optimal methods to integrate AI-UX principles within our products.
Working with our versatile tech stack, which features TypeScript, Node.js, React, Next.js, GraphQL, MongoDB, React Native, Meteor, and many more. We’re looking for someone eager to expand their expertise as our tech stack grows.
Ensuring high-quality code and actively conducting detailed code reviews.
Promoting knowledge-sharing and actively contributing to a collaborative team environment.

Several reasons led me to join this fantastic team. Previously, I worked for a large technology company in Poland that did not prioritize the development of its employees. There was no chance for me to improve my skills by exploring new Open Source technologies, as we always stuck to outdated solutions. However, at Vazco, we embrace cutting-edge technologies and tools, providing ample opportunity for professional growth.
